I have tried both websites. 911.RE was not giving me a usable qr code for payment and the other site I tried yesterday and it was not a good url.

So i got proxypanel.io and they are not good. I also got antidetect masq and have yet to fully install it. I have not used this version of antidetect but I have high hopes. A few years ago the software was good.
