No what im saying is you should send the carded funds to one of your wallets (non custodial/offline wallet) that has not been in contact with your real identity, if you do plan to use it privately, first send it to monero so it is anonymous/private.

And yeah proxy/vpn is smart to use

Can I send bitcoins from Blue Wallet to Binance without any problems, to exchange them for cash, or to sell them at a BTC ATM?
